Hi there. I'm Chris. Even though this is the first post it will also be the last until about mid-May when I'm all done with finals. I've staked out this site early so that I can get screenname priority at gmail, whenever it gets released.

I hope to make this site a roughly even collection of political commentary and stories from my life. We'll see if that two-way approach doubles my baseline readership or knocks it down to zero...
